Our Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit, the only one of its kind in Idaho, provides advanced care for patients with complex neurological, trauma, and surgical conditions.We're seeking a Nurse Manager to oversee this high-acuity unit, featuring 18 ICU beds and a 17-bed Step-Down Unit.   • Provide leadership for Idaho's only Neuro Surgical Trauma Unit, part of a Level II Trauma and Level I Comprehensive Stroke Center.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgets, and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with highly skilled Fellowship trained and Boarded Specialty and Sub-Specialty providers.
  • Mentor colleagues, ensuring professional growth and a supportive environment.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and program development in our pursuit of clinical excellence in this specialty.Qualifications:
    • Idaho or multistate RN license (must establish Idaho residency within 6 months if applicable).
    • Bachelor's in Nursing (Master's preferred).
    • 5+ years of nursing experience, 2+ years in a leadership role (preferred).
