  • Job Details
  • Shift: 4 days, 06:45-17:15 Weekdays only.
  • Additional details: 2-3x 12-hour shifts weekend call in a 6-week period. 7a-7p or 7p-7a
  • 1-2 x 2hr call shift per week at the end of a shift- 17:15-19:15
  • Holiday Rotation- only as part of the 2-3 call shifts in a 6 week period.
    • Job Requirements
    • BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
    • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
    • License/Certificate Verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
    • 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed and resulted before start with MRO signature.
      • Schedule Information
      • 4 days a week, 06:45-17:15
      • 2-3 weekend call shifts in a 6-week period
      • 1-2 call shifts per week at the end of a shift
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Must attach scanned copy of certification (with expiration date) to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
          • Additional Details
          • All engaged contractors must have page 27 signed form on file in Trinity VMS.
          • Standard i9 completed by the agency.
          • Proof of vaccine, declination or exemption required.
