  • A hospital in Southern Idaho is in need of a Case Management RN to work a 13 week travel assignment.
  • The nurse will be working 8 shifts during the week with weekends as needed.
  • A minimum of 2 years of case management experience is required.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute inpatient setting.
    • CCM or ACM preferred not required.
      • Schedule Information
      • 8 hour shifts, 0730-1600 with 30 minute break.
      • May be asked to do some 10 hour shifts.
      • If covering ED would work 12 hour shifts, 0800-2000 or 10 hour mid shift starting at noon.
      • As needed 8 hour shifts on weekends.
      • Holiday Requirements: if there is a need.
        • Additional Details
        • EMR: EPIC- experience preferred.
        • Culture is very important to the department, they are in a city but not a super big place- has a community feel and are very supportive in the work that we do.
        • Will be working with case management assistants that assist with phone calls, faxing, placing referrals once they have the patient choices on where they would like to go.
