Job Description:

We're seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!



Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 OTE (base + commission). Healthcare Benefits Offered.

Responsibilities:
--- Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
--- Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
--- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
--- Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects

Qualifications:

--- 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
--- Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
--- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
--- Proven track record in sales
--- You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
--- Candidates must be located within daily commuting distance of Boise, ID. No relocation package is offered at this time.

--- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines
--- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
--- High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
