Responsibilities:

Analyze, interpret, and manage complex healthcare data sets to support reporting, system integration, and business decision-making within Medicaid or MMIS environments
Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into centralized databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data integration solutions using middleware tools and programming languages, aligning with enterprise data architecture standards
Maintain and enhance database systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security in support of operational and analytical reporting needs

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in data analysis or a related field
Applicable certifications are preferred
Must be proficient in database management, SQL and query generation, programming languages, ETL tools, and middleware solutions with hands-on experience with systems integration and data analysis
