Description:Starting wage between 15.75-17.75 Currently giving a
$700.00 Bonus at 90 days and $400.00 additional bonus for any
referrals. So, bring your friends!!!Tomorrow's Hope is looking for
reliable and independent staff to work in our Supported Living
Setting in Nampa Idaho.Be a professional mentor to 3 residents per
setting and help them to achieve their goals and
aspirations!12-hour shifts allow for 3-4 full days off for perfect
work / life balance.We currently have days (8am-8pm) and awake
graveyard shifts (8pm-8am)Days worked will be either every other
Wednesday through Saturday ORSunday through every other Wednesday.
So one week you will work three days and the next week you will
work 4 days.Benefits including great Paid Time Off and Holiday pay
is available!Currently running a $700.00 Bonus at 90 days and

friends!!!Examples of duties and responsibilitiesAssist the
Residential Habilitation Professional with assessments and
baselines of residents as neededConsistently implement the
participant schedules and programs on a daily basis.Assist as
needed with planning, shopping and preparing meals.Collect and
record accurate data and other required documentationEncourage
participants to engage in some daily activities: walk, cooking
project, a game, learning about something new, doing some household
chores, laundry, cleaning room,Interacting with the
participantCommunicate with the Residential Habilitation
Professional about concerns and recommendations verbally or in
writing to facilitate necessary program changes specific to
individual clients.Ensure that all participants' rights are
upheld.Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age.Must be a high
school graduate or have a GED.Must be certified in First Aid and
CPR (can do during onboarding) Must satisfactory complete a
criminal background check in accordance with IDAPA 16.05.06 Rules
Governing Mandatory Criminal History Checks.Be free from
communicable diseases- and has an understanding of universal
precautions-Has successfully completed the Assistance with
MedicationMust possess a current State IDMust be able to
demonstrate the ability to understand the resident's program and
how to implement the program.Complete orientation training.Complete
participant specific training with whom they will be working
