Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Schedule: For full-time - 34 patient contact hrs, with option for 4 or 5 day work week.

Call: Practice call shared with other eligible providers (Appx 1:30).

We are seeking multiple new physicians for this location. We would welcome residents who are training together currently and would like to continue to practice together!Saint Alphonsus Caldwell Health Plaza will serve the community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a convenient and accessible environment, located directly off I-84. With comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family, it will offer a multitude of services in one convenient location including: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray and Pharmacy.Requirements:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
  • Successful completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program;
  • Ability to obtain: Idaho medical license, registration with Idaho
  • Board of Pharmacy and DEA (controlled substances), privileges at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center;
