• Join a premier hospitalist organization running this program in the Boise, Idaho, area
• Nocturnist flex block schedule can be 7-on/7-off (or similar) to average 15 shifts per month
• ICU is co-managed; vent management required, but procedures are optional
• Established team of 8 physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Option for 10 - 12 shifts per month (if less than full-time is desired)
• Open to IM or FM physicians
