Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-ID)
Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team at our Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-ID). As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to our residents and ensuring their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
