Job Title: Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Job Duration: 13-week assignment Shift: Night - 12x3 - 06PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours weekly Experience: Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting License: RT License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP Must-Have: RT Experience Job Description: - Work in the Respiratory Therapy unit, covering ICU, med surg, and ED as needed. - Flexibility to adapt to varying hospital census, which may impact staffing levels. - Operate equipment such as AVEA vents and Hamilton C1. - Utilize EMR system Meditech for documentation and patient care. - Follow scrub color/attire guidelines: Army green. - Work three 12-hour shifts per week, covering every other weekend. - Opportunity to pick up additional shifts if desired. - Collaborate closely with a small team; typically 1-2 RTs per night shift depending on census. - Maintain a high standard of care for patients across a range of settings, ensuring best practices in respiratory therapy.
