Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support Medicaid program operations, analytics, and decision-making
Administer Tableau Server, including user access management, data source publishing, performance tuning, and scheduling of extract refreshes in a secure, enterprise environment
Translate complex healthcare and Medicaid data from data warehouses into actionable insights and visualizations aligned with stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions
Manage and optimize reporting workflows for large-scale automated claims processing systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with Medicaid data standards

Qualifications:

Must have at least two (2) years' experience in a large automated system relevant to the position
Experience with fiscal agent or MMIS operations in large-scale automated claims processing systems or other comparable systems is preferred
Must have a minimum of four (4) years' experience with large healthcare datasets, data warehousing, BI tools and analytics, and reporting
Experience with Medicaid data preferred
